Fuel pressure regulator

Is there a way to adjust the fuel pressure regulator on a 96 GMC Jimmy? I know it's a star key, but there is a little pin to prevent adjustment it looks like. Any info would be helpful.

ok thanks. That's what I thought, but figured I'd ask. On a side note I'd like to thanks all the super knowledge that people have put into this site. I have been fighting with a 96 jimmy that wouldn't start and it turned out to be the fuel pump. All the post I read helped my out emensly.
