Does anyone know if a 95 tercel is obd II 16 pin scanner compatible?
I would like to buy a scanner but do not know what kind to buy.

nope, only 96 and up, but there is a diognastic thing under the hood by the driver side firewall, if you take that cap off and get a paper clip, thurn the ignition key on the ON position and it tells you on the internet on wich holes to put the paper clip in. And how manny times the check light flashes that is the code #. Just google it and you will find which holes to plug it in.
