Unhappy 1993 4wd LS 3.1L 5spd transmission stuck in gear H_E_L_P !

Vehicle specs.
93 black 4wd 5 speed manual (RMN)transmission.
bone stock
126,000 +/-

Frist off I bought his truck 1 year with122K miles, I love this truck!
Unfortunatly in purchasing the vehicle I dis not know what condition the clutch was in but that it work great.

Now here's the story, I'm from North Carolina and drove to New Jerseey to visit family. As i enter NJ I got caught in a stop-go traffic for about 1 hour. I felt the clutch was chattering a little but it was working. After traffic began to move about 4 mile down the highway traveling 60-70mph the stick came out of gear and I started to hear all sorts of sounds and the trasmission seemed to disenguage. I coasted to the shoulder to a hault. When the vehicle is in neutral i seem to hear a grinding sound like it's a broken clutch disc rubbing, I figured "oh the clutch disc blew and thats what happened". I can go through alll the gears when the clutch peddal is pressed but the vehicle would not move when trying to engauge into gear.

Now i wait for a tow truck and the vehicle is flat beeded and had no problems rolling freely. Now here's the odd thing, even with the stick shift in neutral position I put my foot down on the clutch and start the truck, but when is depress the clutch with the shifter gear in neutral it starts to creep forward but it feels like the clutch is not fully engaged . Another funny part is if i put the shifter lever in revers and deress the clutch it still creeps forward!LOL

SOMEONE HELP ME ?
could it be a blown clutch or blown transmission.
BTW I drive verly smoothly and I am very carful driving an do not beat on the truck.
