Question gas light

anyone know how much gas is actually in the tank when the "low" warning light goes on?? 2005 LS

If memory serves these are 18 Gallon tanks and if I fill up at the Gas light I put in 16 and some. So about 2.5 I think.

Not enough.
People that do not let there car get that low on fuel have a lot less fuel pump problems and do not have to walk home when they run out of gas and or burn up there fuel pump.

They are actually 22 gallon tanks on the 05's SWB and 25 on the EXT's
