back right blinker

my back lights work but when I press the brake the "lampout" light comes on and only the left taillight works, when I put on the right blinker both the right arrow on the dash and lampout light blink very rapidly but the back right light does not flash. the right headlight flashes but very rapidly
is this something I can fix myself or do i need to take it in to get it fixed

you have a burnt out signal bulb, its an easy fix

The bulbs arent burnt out thats the problem, when I turn the lights on the taillights work its only when i signal right or press the brakes that the lampout light comes on the left blinker works fine im also having problems with my 4-ways im certain the left taillight was working when the problem started now neither of them work but they work at the front

The tail light bulbs have two elements in them. One for running lights, and one for brakes and turn signals. One of the elements in the bulb is bad, hence the whole bulb needs to be replaced.
