Ashtray light bulb?

I cant figure out how to change the ashtray bulb in my 2001 durango. Anyone already done this? Any help would be appreciated, I've been fumbling in the dark too long.

YOU HAVE TO REMOVE THE LOWER DASH SECTION IN ORDER TO ACCESS THIS.
