Connection OBD11 Or EEC

Hi
New here. I can`t find the connector to plug in the code reader. I searched the engine area and nothing it`s a 95 crown vic police pak. Can anybody help Thanks Chasbox

The OBD-II connector is attached to the underside of the knee bolster to the right of the steering column on the driver's side.
