1995-1999 differences: RS vs GS

hi im trying to buy my first car. THis may sound dumb but wat are the differences between the RS and GS trim lines of the 95-99 generation of the eclipse? And is this the 2nd gen?

95-99 is second gen. And they both have the same engine I believe (420A Chrysler 2.0L). The GST/GSX/GST Spyder (2.0L Turbo) have a 4g63T. The GS Spyder has a 4g64 (2.4L).

Difference I think lie solely in features (rim sizes, sun roof, stereo, etc...). I think the vfaq (see the faqs thread) lists them all. It's either that or the 1000q's page. check them out should have your answers better then what I can give..

GS has more options then the RS. GS= Power windows etc.. RS= Manual roll down window =\

The gs has fog lights, power mirrors, cruise control, power antenna, painted door handles, side skirts, and a rear wiper.
