2000 Olds intrigue


Blower motor does not run on first 3 or 4 settings, but runs on high. Any suggests as to what this might be?

The blower fan resistor is bad. It's located in behind the center dash up high and against the firewall. It's a pain to find, and takes some maneuvering to get to. I had to lie on my back in the passenger side wheel-well to see it.

The GM part number is 15304891 and the NAPA part number is ECHBR77. Cost from NAPA is about $20.
