Exclamation Suspensio Weird sound HELP!

i have a 2003 4dr 1.8T GTI and i installed an H&R suspension the car looks very cool , but before i installed it the susppensions had a weird sound like something is rusted i've been to every mechanic in my City and they cant solve the problem, they say that the suspensions are fine, i changed every part of the suspension for new ones (bushings etc)but the problem persist please i dont now what to do....this problem started after a rainy day....

check the sway bar end links. They can break if the car is lowered alot
