Unhappy 95 yukon electrical problem, locks, tailgate

Fuse 13 blows regularly on my truck. Dealer while under warrantee simply replaced fuse and put vehicle back in service. About 10 times. Fuse 13 on a 95 controls locks, tailgate, 6 way seat and the left cig lighter. Now my truck is sucking battery dry. Simptoms are fuse 13 blown, breaker "A" very hot, and I can't figure it out. Breaker A powers pre-amp, remote control. I have opened every door and disconnected lock actuators, removed cig lighter from harness, diconnected seats from harness, removed radio, removed cd player, followed harness to the rear and haven't found the short. I'm looking for suggestions. The key fobs when fuse 13 was blown used to still cycle receiver but now I don't hear that happening. I suspect this has to do with the remote receiver in some way like a stuck relay but I can't find it. Can anybody tell me where the remote control receiver is located? Is there anywhere I can get the wiring schematic for door locks? Thanks.

I'll bet that cig lighter has corrosion in it and after it is used the fuse blows.

bcopeland must not have completely read my simptoms and work thus far. First, I isolated all affected components by disconnecting all door actuators, first in the doors and tailgate and then disconnecting the harnesses going to the doors by separating the harness plugs behind the toekicks. I also disconnected all three cigarette/power plugs from the harnesses, as I had written in my first post. I disconneted all wiring plugs at the seats. I also had disconnected radio and the separate CD player from harness. I now have recently disconnected all wiring harnesses going up to ceiling at the door hinge piller. Fuse "A" is still smoking hot. Removed aftermarket electric brake controller but that didn't help. I am now tracing Fuse "A" wiring from fuse block under dash. Really wish I had a schematic now. The truck is starting to look like one of the worst strip outs I have ever seen in 15 years of being in the business. I have so much time in this baby now, I can't quite. When I find it I'm sure it will be something dumb. Well, all I can say is, I hope I can put this thing back together once it's done!!!!
