2001MC - Power Window Broke

My passenger power window has good days and bad. Sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn't. When it's having a bad day, you can see it pulling a load on the voltometer but it won't open/close

I was wondering if anyone has had similiar problems with theirs. If so, what's the fix? Do you replace just the window motor, or the regulator, or both.

Any advice is appreciated.

My friend had the power window switch changed. Drivers window was
not always working. Be carefull with the inside panel, very expensive.
