91' z24 bumper question

Will a 93' bumper reinforcement fit on to my 91' because I cant seem to get the holes on the bumper cover to line up to the reinforcement. Just wondering if I have to install from the bottom up to the top? The guy at the wreckers seems to think it will fit but Im having problems with it...was he lying to me?

91 through 94 were cosmetically the same, and those parts should be interchangeable. The source of problems may actually the caused by inevitable sag in the bumber on the 2nd phase front Grond Effect.

The best advice I can give is that if the 93's stuff fit properly to swap out everything you can on that front end until it does fit right. If bot holes don't line up right, then swap out the piece you're trying to bolt to (unless its frame or something)
