radical change

the Tucker was more inovative for it's time than any other car in history. no other car comes close to intoducing as many styling, safty, and technologial inovations as the Tucker in (1948 I think) but then I think it came out with most of the important ones at one time. not much was left to come out with.
it was rear engine rear drive horizonaly opposed 6 cylinder that made 375 ft/lb of torque, and 166 HP in those days 90 HP was a lot, it had fuel injection, hydrolic brakes, seat bealts, pop out safty glass, the it would cruse a good 130 mph, even byy todays standards it was an areodynamic car.
but my favorite cars are from the late 60,s through the early 70'2 they were loud and obnotious. you could make 100's of changes, they are responsible for creating many of todays best automotive minds. all of todays best refinements got there start with these cars, turbos, injection, ingnitions,
