Wheel Bearing and HUB/ Japanese Spec

Hi guys, i have a Japanese Spec, right Hand drive, AWD 1999 Rav. I need to change by wheel bearing but i foudn out that my hub needs changing also. My problem is i can't seem to find one. I don't think there is any difference in the japanese vs american. Can someone point out where i can get this part
