Tranny rebuild kits?
Hey guys, my tranny is starting to slip. I don't know what tranny it is but the car is a 1996 3.8L Camaro. I want to buy a rebuild kit so I can have a transmission guy rebuild it. I was also thinking that while he was there maybe a nice stall converter and a corvette servo? Links would be appreciated because I'm not sure what rebuild kit, stall converter and servo I could use. Thanks!!!

Hey. Well if you are personally gonna find and pay for your own rebuild kit the first thing I would do (and have done) is to find out what kind of tranny you have. I took mine into a mechanic and knew what it was in a few minutes sdidnt cost anything. After that the summit racing website has awesome kits for rebuilding. Still havent gotten around to rebuilding yet though
