Re: horn trouble

ok first, there is a 20A fuse for your horns, check it. if its good there is a horn relay. its located under the hood on the driver side. the box is full of relays. there is a row of smaller relays along one side. if we call the passenger side of that row the left then its the third from the left. swap it with any of the other ones in that row and see if the horns work. if not then you need to take it to someone to have it checked out.

Re: Re: horn trouble

I would first check the wiring at the horn to make sure it is plugged in.

Re: Re: Re: horn trouble

When my horn stopped operating it turned out to be a broken wire in the steering column. A lot of trouble to find since it was broken IN the insulation in two different spots but both in the column. Took a couple hours and I removed the fuse block under the hood and traced wires back from there. You can jump the wires leading to the horns and find out if the wires leading to the horns work.
