How much would you pay for this car?

How much would you pay for this car, I am having a hard time pricing it cause I don't want to over or under price it.

'90 Honda Civic Si Hatchback
175,000 miles
5 Speed

(The Good)
Custom Blue Paint
Full Body Kit
Full Exhaust
'16 Enkei Rims w/lug net key
Clear Corner Lights
Extra set of winter tires

Neon Lights under dash w/switch
$200 Dual CD Player w/4 year best buy warranty
2 '10 inch MTX Audio Subs (800 watt peak on each)
1 600 Watt Kenwood Amp

Cold Air Intake
Performance Chip
Short Shifter

(The Bad)
The paint is starting to chip

It starts right up without hesitation. It shifts smoothly through each gear. Whoever had it before me took really good care of it. I replaced the clutch in September of this year. Gonna post some pics in the morning, what do you guys think?
