OK OK OK...... OK ... Run your RCA wires (The red and white ended plug wires) from your CD/Tape Player though the door threshold on the passenger side. Then run your remote wire and positive power wire threw the threshold on the drivers side. You will need to buy an AMP wiring kit.
http://www.ikesound.com/category-category_id/40 I always recommed atleast 4ga wire to everyone. The positive will have to have an inline fuse included. It comes in any "kit" The remote wire is the signal to your Amp to turn on. It is also included in any kit. Make sure your amp is stable at atleast 2 ohms and wire your subs in either series or parerell but thats a whole nother topic just at me by EMAIL on all that. The reason for spliting up the sides of the car is becasue of the distortion the remote and power wire will give off unto the RCA's. The RCA's are what gives the sound to the amp to go into the speakers. YOU ARE RUNNING AN AMP RIGHT? If not then forget about subwoofers. But get at me anytime with Audio/Video Questions. It's what I do for a living. |
