need help removing rear speakers?

I have a 97 2-door integ. How do I remove the rear speakers? I know the whole panel is gonna have to go, but I don't want to remove anything I dont need to.

I pulled the rear panel off only about half way dident try hard enough to get it all the way off and I could pull the rear speaker out and put the new one in but it was ALOT of trouble

If your car is equipped with 6.5"s the grill just pop off if memory serves correctly. (its been awhile since I did one at the shop) if your car has 6x9s it will require the entire panel removal.
(its a P.I.T.A.)
