Has anyone installed a remote starter in the '05 TB? Anyone run into any difficulties or problems... how about tabbing in for the keyless entra to have everything controlled by one remote. I have installed on all my passed cars just checking into it on the trailblazer as seeing more and more computer operated components in this vehicle than others.

Re: Remote Starter '05 TB
The way most remote starts are installed,I have seen plenty of headache problems in TBs.
Its your car, do what you want, but understand that if you start having problems, don't be surprised if the dealer or GM will not warranty repairs if the concern is related to the remote start (ie: wierd electrical problems, warning lamps, communication issues)

They work fine- use a good unit- with a Databus interface- it controls the theft bypass, the doorlock controls, the heated seat controls- all thru the ALDL connector automatically once programmed. Have done a few recently..... |
