Leg/Back cramps
Ok, for the last 2 weeks or so, I've been getting bad cramps and pains from my right leg and right lower back. I've never gotten leg or back cramps with any regularity outside of sports, and those are explainable. I'm thinkin it might be from doing alot of driving lately. I also noticed they only happen when I'm sitting down Ive been making trips home and back at least twice a week, sometimes three times. It's an hour and a half one way. I'm thinkin that this might be it since the right leg the one used for the brake and accelerator. I started using the lumbar (never had before) in the car and it helped my back a little. Does the idea of it being from driving make sense to anybody else?

Re: Leg/Back cramps
Definitely makes sense to me. I had the same problem until I got a car with Recaros.
If lumbar support doesn't help try moving your seat forward or backward a little so that your right leg is in a more natural position - knees not too bent and not so far away that you have to use your toes to floor the accelerator. Seats that have thigh support help out a lot. |
