When I put the signal turn my signal light is all the time on and does not blink. I am curious where is located the signal turn flasher and how does it look

No, if one bulb is blown, the other will just flash twice as fast.
100% sure it is your relay. Get a 512 turn signal relay from Autozone or whatever, and it'll be right next to your center console, on the driver's side, inside the lower panel you have to remove (like 4 or 5 screws)... Fr33ze, where have you seen the relay in the fuse box? I only know of 2 locations for em...the one I mentioned and on the floor, up against the firewall, behind the clutch pedal...
