windows and weather stripping
hey im am gettin ready to paint and replace the weather stiping in my 68 nova and im wondering if its possible to take just the glass out without taking all of the guts out wit it i really dont want to take it out it looks like a lot to put back togather and alot of time lost plz let me one if this is possible

It sounds like you are referring to the door glass. If so I was able to remove my window "felts" or "fuzzies" without taking out the glass. I just took off the interior door panel and rolled the window all the way down to access the screws. If you do end up removing the whole window and track unit be sure to first mark where the nuts are positioned (use a marker or scratch tool) so it will be easier to re align everything when you put it back in.
