I don't know much about steering so, I ask yet another question to the group...
My van shows some kind of symptoms when turning left. Not too sure how to explain but in short, it would appear to shake a little or feel "jumpy" for lack of a better word. more noticable at higher speed turns (the more sharp, the more notificable of course). It is not hte end of hte world OMG stop driving kind of feel but it does concern me. Alignement is good, tires are new. AND, while I am asking, anyone experience a shake/vibration when driving? The van shakes while accelerating (and only while eccelerating) and is mostly noticeable between 40 and 50 MPH. it does it at otehr speeds but again, only when hitting the gas. It does not do it if you let go of the gas. When idling/rolling/other, no shake. I beleive it to be drivetrain somehow, but dont wanna pay someone to part chase. Anyone? Buller? Anyone??? ![]() ![]() ![]() thanks gang! |

Coolio and thanks..
I do not beleive it to be CV joints or ball joints as I have checked them and they appear to be intact/no cracks or other. In talking with a mechanic friend since this post, he thinks it might be some kind of issue with a bearings of sorts but that will be a problem for another day... ![]() D |
