Need some help/ opinions here

I need some help on deciding if I want to buy a car off my aunt or not. The car is a 1987 (i believe) oldsmobile cutlass supreme, but it has a cracked frame. How hard would that be to fix? and would it be worth the trouble? the rest of the car is in excellent shape. I dont know if there is a crack or at least how big it is because it was driven at least once and I couldnt tell the difference. I think I could get it at a fair price, so I was wondering if the car is worth it? I'm thinking about getting it anyways, but I wanted some opinions and info on the frame repair, Thanks for any help.

Don't waste your money. These cars have unitized frame construction and if the frame cracks or breaks they are extremely hard to repair although a good body shop may be able to repair it for you but it may cost more than the car is actually worth.

If it's the Supreme Classic it should be the old type conventional frame until the 88 model year. If so it can be welded by a pro, but still probably not worth it.
