Brother sniped wrong wire car wont start HELP

my brother was helping me put his old cd player in my 91 rodeo, i had a sony cassette player in there before... well lets just say he didnt know what he was doing and never got the cd player to work, so he comes inside and gets me and says my car wont start.... so origianaly i thought i was out of fuel, so i go and buy some gass put 5$ in and it still will not start i cannot hear my fuel pump humm when i try and turn it over... it has never given me any problems before always started on first turn of the key.... i started it 30secs before he started to work on it and it turned over no problem plzzzzzzzz i need help any ideas what is wrong

i changed out a few fuses that looked like they blew car started up as soon as i let out the break car died now it wont start again... this isnt turning to be a merry christmas so far

Your going to get some male and female connectors and some shrink wrap and fix it that way till tomorrow to get it to a qualified professional, or you can leave it like that as a jerry rig.

That's because there was too much power going to them from the harness(which ever one it was) that was cut. Replace the fuses after doing the above repair.
