V10 Engine is Froze, need HELP PLEASE !

I was off-roading w/ some friends and got into some deep water, i know water got into the intake but the engine wasn't under water. My exhaust was under water though. The engine will not turn at all, I replaced the Battery and Starter and the starter just clicks when I turn the key and/or jump the solenoid. The starter has been ground tested and works. A mechanic told me my engine was frozen. I took out my Spark Plugs and put wd40 in the cylinders and turn the main shaft w/ the fan counter-clockwise but the pistons dont move and the belt doesn't turn. I want to get the entire engine to turn so it'll get unfrozen. I couldn't turn the flywheel w/ a screwdriver, i still need to drain the little water left in my exhaust pipes. The Crankshaft down by the oil pan has a big pulley on it but I couldn't find a socket that would fit so i could turn it, do i turn it clockwise or counter clockwise ?

The truck is a 1999 F-250 V-10 and an Automatic, it be easier if it was manual, argh.
.
If someone has some good advice and help please call me at 808-479-7357, my name is Jason.

If you got water inside the intake, you probably have at least one bent or broken rod. The only way to "unfreeze" it is to tear it apart and completely rebuild.

Today I got all the Spark Plugs out and put some oil and WD-40 into the Cylinders. I took out the Starter again and got the Fly Wheel to turn some, I put it the easiest turning spot so when I turned on the Starter it would turn the engine some. I spun the Starter and the engine turned some and water shot out the Cylinders and then the engine froze up again. Now I can't get the flywheel to turn at all the engine is more stuck than b4, DAMN. Now I;m just gonna have it taken to an Engine Shop and have it rebuilt. Anybody able to give me a ruff estimate on a rebuild and unfreezin on a V10 ?

This will be a very expensive lesson for sure. Liquids CANNOT be COMPRESSED. Any attempt by an engine to compress a liquid will result in severe damage to the pistons and connecting rods at a minimum.

WD-40 is only good for rust proofing your garden tools - keep it out of your engine. It coats the surface with a beeswax film similar to cosmoline. It has no lubricating qualities.

I put in a Claim for this to the Insurance Company. They will replace the Engine, I already got a free rental car from them for 30 days, I just have to pay the $500 Deductible and it'll be fixed soon, yay.
