2002 Beetle engine ?

I am looking into buying this 2002 Black Beetle Sport, and was wondering which Turbo 1.8L it has because the engine cover is not on it and I need to know, Is there some way that I can find out which 1.8L it is? Thanks a bunch

its on the timing belt cover (side not top) on the white sticker. It is a 3 letter code problably awv
