Performance Exhausts?

Looking for performance exhaust manufacture (like magnaflow or something) for my '80 Lincoln Mark VI but no one makes or at least lists parts for my model year. Any one know of something?

Thanx in advance!

Re: Performance Exhausts?

The only thing you can do is measure your muffler(length, width, and thickness). Make sure you know the diameter of the inlet and outlet of your existing muffler. Last thing to check for is where your inlet and outlet is located, sometimes they are in the left, the right, or the center of the muffler. Go to the website of your choice, or a performance shop and try to match it up to yours. I know that is what I had to do with a 1992 taurus sho.

Re: Performance Exhausts?

well, i want to replace the entire exhaust system...even the manifold...or replace the manifold with headers and put a complete performance exhausts system on it. But thanks. I'm looking for custom work, not stock replacement. Looking for something like flowmaster or something.

I'm not exactly sure why you'd keep the existing muffler but whatever works.
