Made a sweet model but...

I have a MAC ..umm yeah..lol...and I can't save the file to jpeg in Illustarator to make the file size smaller...How can I do this on my Mac? Thanks!

How much smaller does it need to be? If the 80kb limit on AF hosting is the problem, try another host like ImageShack or the like. It's really just as easy as using AF.

why do you use illustrator? this SW is for vector graphics: anyway the entire suite adobe is almost the same on mac and on pc: i use both. You could save jpg trought illustrator simply by "export" command, then you can choice compression/resolution parameters.
I don't understand why you use that by I reccomend to rasterise the work trough Photoshop, simply open the ai or pdf file, flatten layers and "save for web" to minimize dimensions
