economic data log disc.

In the information center it says economic Data Log Disconnected and I need to know how you would fix that. And when my mom had went to start it tonight the thi9ng started then died right away. And then on top of that we have a automatic annetania that goes up and down when you turn the car on and off. And it had went half way down and didnt go down the rest of the way until she started it turned the radio on and then it went up and then down the rest of the way. And the driver side window it is a power window the dang thing will go down but then the window wont go back up unless you keep playing with the switch any suggestions people?????
