vortec max

What do you guys think about this motor? It sound like a beast to me. 345hp sounds good to me. Any one drive one of these yet? I work at a dealer and we did not get one in yet, but when we do i am getting in that dude.

Re: vortec max

It is the LQ9 engine, easy to make lots of Torque and LOTS of HP for a low amount of $ if that is what you are after.....

Don't forget that 345 is at the flywheel and you have loss through the tranny and the differential. Still enought to spin with a locker!!!

Is that for the spelling or the "wip it"???

Factory these are good for some entertainment, just wait for a good tune so you can be going 20 to 35 and then punch it. From there until second gear mine won't hold the tires on the ground. I NEED better tires.....
