2002 Explorer Drivers Door Window Switch
I need to replace the drivers door window switch on a 2002 Explorer. Can anyone explain how to remove the cover that holds switch assembly in place?

On my Girlfriends, you have to pull the door panel off to change the window switch.

Here ya go. Easy to do. after it is removed, turn it over to remove switch.
Pry the front of the plate assembly upward to release the front hold down clip. Slide the plate assembly forward to release rear tab. Remove the plate assembly.
