Which of these 2 AWD TURBO wagons do you choose for overall performance, handling, comfort, and other things...
Subaru Impreza WRX Wagon (227HP) or Audi S4 Avant Quattro (250HP) ??? My choice...Scooby Wagon...if it was an RS4...I gotta give it to the RS4 hands down...but it's not in this so dont get thrown off topic by it. Hehehe :bandit: |

The Avant would kick the subarus ass in every aspect except handling, (because the avant is heavier) and then only by a very small margin. But these are very different cars...

the avant looks alot better and its more luxurious. if i were to buy a wagon god forbid and i hope delaysion doesn't see this thread lolz. i would get a wagon for what it is. a people and grocery mover. and i think the audi is jsut more refined.

Well, the S4 is in all respects, the better car (Except n the way of handling as mentioned above) it is the luxurious, less attractive to bloody thieves, faster, cheaper to insure, more powerful and torquey as well as better looking (Beauty in the eye of the beholder
)Of course it is FAR more expensive, but given the choice, the S4 all the way. Of course then there is the RS4 [Cue scary music] :bandit:

I got to go with the Subaru, handling is very important especally when your trying to go fast in something like a wagon. Sure...groceries, but hey, who says you cant rally around the back of the store beforehand? :bandit:

S4 for me. I couldnt own a car as ugly as the WRX, id be too conscious about how damn ugly my car is... besides the Audi has a lot more class.. in fact, the Audi simply has class whereas the subaru doesnt.

If you just want to have fun on the road (or in the mud, for that sake) then go with the Scoobaru, great handling, but crap-ugly looks and cheapo-interior.. Go for the Audi if you want refinement, style, status, and comfort.. Overall, I'd go for the Audi, the Subaru is just too darn ugly for my taste to approve of it!

S4- I hate any WRX that doesn't read STi- if it were an STi Version VI hatch- then of course I'll vouch for the Impreza- but the Audi has Bucketloads more class then the Subaru

I am one of the few who doesn't like the styling of the Audi so be deduction that leaves the Subaru (which I am not a big fan of either)

I think the S4 is better, but if I buying a wagon, I would save my money and get the WRX
