Shaking in Steering Wheel

2002 Ford Taurus, had uncontrollable shaking in steering wheel, only happened with stopping or applying brakes. Had car wheels aligned and wheels rotated, and balanced. Front tires needed replacing at 25,000 miles.

You probably really have a badly warped brake rotor?
