All lights flickering

I'm new to this site and have a question. I've noticed my head lights are getting dimmer and also the interior lights flicker every once in a while. Is that a sign of the voltage regulator going south on me? If so, is that easy to replace? Thanks!

I don't know about the lights getting dimmer, but my interior lights were flickering on my 2001 convertible and I moved the interior light dimmer switch to a lower level and the flickering went away.

ditto with the previous response. i have a 2001 sebring convertible, and the interior lights flickered at random times. moving the dimmer control up/down a bit seemed to do the trick.

Yea for sure...I have the 01 Sebring LX as well...My interior lights would flicker every now and then...but after fooling around with the dimmers it worked good for a while...then afterwards I had to check some wires, Tightened them and I haven't had a problem since...All just from loose wiring
