Intrepid dies
I have a 1999 Dodge Intrepid that is acting up. We have had it in to be looked at and they told us that the Radio was draining the battery, so they unhooked it. It worked for about 3 days and then it wouldnt start again. If you drive it for a period of time it will mayb charge the battery enough for it to start in the morning. Something is draining it, Its a new battery last year....Please HELP possible alternator or just connections but connections look fine.........

Re: Intrepid dies
first things first, make sure your connections are on tight and that they're clean, most charging system problems are caused by overlooking the obvious & basics. For you, it'll be hard b/c you battery is in the right front wheel well under you air cleaner box, but you should still be able to observe any corrosion as well as bad terminals on your battery through the opening in the wheelwell. Next solution is if that is ok, have your charging system load tested, could be anything from a bad alternator to a bad voltage regulator which is inside of the PCM.
