surgeing

I have a 93 eclipse gs with the stock 1.8 in it and and recently been haveing alternator belt problems old or faulty belt when im at a idle speed around 3 or 3 1/2 rpm my car surges like then gos and my belt recently broke and i got another one and now it still does it and even when i go to take off it nearly cuts all the way off on take off surges real bad a acceleration sometimes but not all the time...my fatherin law said i may have got ahold of some bad gas and im thiking it might have to do with my fuel filter my injectors are clean cause i ran injector cleaner in them and havent never had a problem with them...some one help this is annoying

Well to top it off i just had to go spend 8 dollars on a oil pan gasket which is gonna cost me 80 to put it on because of unlooseing the exahaust and strut bar from the motor and jacking the motor up...fucking i hate my 1.8 engine i need something else maybe i wouldnt loose all this money
