How fast can I drive in 4hi without driveline damage on snow? 2003 2500hd

Until the tach redlines. The only problem you could have is tire wear if you do this on dry pavement. Or do very sharp turns at highspeeds. I have forgot the truck was in 4hi and done 75 on the highway. I only remember when I go to take a sharp turn and can feel the front diff. walking around the spider gears. I don't think you will be doing 75 on snowy roads.
