What does the gauge read?
Is it completely full of fluids: Antifreeze and water?
I have found that even 1/2 a gallon low and my heat doesnt work like it should and the guage reads that its fine. Any more than a 1/2 gallon low and it shows it running a little warmer than usual but the heater doesnt work at all; blows only cold air.
