body lift for 93 silverado diesel

hello i am looking for a 3 inch body lift for a 1993 chevy silverado k3500 (4x4) 6.5 turbo diesel 5 speed regular cab long bed. all of the lifts i have found say that they will not fit trucks equipped with diesel engines. i would appriciate it if someone would help me out with this problem.
