'93 Blower Fan Replacment?

Can some one here give me some quick advice on swapping out the heater fan on my sister in law's '93? I haven't seen the van in person and don't know what to expect. It is working now, but the bearings are squealing and I don't expect any problems with the relay etc.

I am adept at doing the job, but wondered how easy/hard it's going to be. Thanks in advance!

It's not hard. take the glove box door off first. Then the motor and fan come out from the bottom. My 96 has a cover you take off first and then the fan motor. Youll have to unplug the wires and work them through a hole. I think it will take a 8mm socket.
