406 td 1.9 HELP

[glenandemm]

hi my car wouldnt start and turned out to be keypad immobiliser so i bypassed it and put a switched feed to the pump solenoid,anyway it starts fine now but took it down the road and no boost from turbo,checked all turbo pipes ok and no whooshing sound like split or disconnected,revved car up while stationary and pipis just swelled up a tiny bit, has anyone got any advice i reallly need to sort this out by tomorrow,thanks
