"degree" tool for head bolts etc

Any idea what the correct name for "degree wheel" tool used for the final tightening head bolts & balancer bolt etc. is? Looking at repair manual at head bolt specs & saw 22 ftlbs plus 55,65,&75 degrees. I looked around on snap on & mac tools sites and can't come up with anything. No biggie yet just wonderin' for down the road.
thanks.

"Torque Angle Indicator"
Fel Pro # FEL-TRQ-1 is less than $10.
Make sure to use new head bolts!

Right from the snappie box.
Torque Angle Gauge Snap on part no TA360
But you are going to pay dear for a snappie one.
And 10 4 on the new bolts.
