Installation of BOV

Does anyone know of an online instructional guide on the installation of a BOV? I have a 1995 Twin Turbo and I need to make sure that the BOV is installed correctly.

I bought the car with bad turbos and had the Toyota dealership put two new OEM turbos but unfortunately they did not hook up the BOV nor the boost controller properly. (I am newbie)

Any help is greatly appreaciated.

Shouldnt the dealership redo the work for free since they messed up?

It is 1995 Twin Turbo With the 6 Speed Manual Transmission. THe dealership should do it for free but I bought the car in Tracy and I live in Bakersfield. The turbos are hooked up okay but it is the after market parts that I need to make sure are okay.

I really appreaciate any help that I can get.

so it has an aftermarket bov? cause if its stock all you need to do is get the repair manual. that should tell you how somewhere in the pages.i couldnt find anyhting on google, it was pretty useless.
