new h22a jspec need help please

i bought an h22a from a guy that i work with and he dosent know what year the engine is i need to find out if there is any way of identifying the year of the engine and if anyone has any links to the install in a 98 civic thanx so much.

The year is imprinted on the front of the head, right above the exhaust manifold. Like this:

thank you so much that helped out alot so what ecu do i need for that is it a p13? and also another question the harness on the engine is on the driver side and the harness for my civic is on the passanger side how do i get them to meet thanx.
