Turbo
I put a turbo kit on a stock eclipse GS 420A engine and how much boost and you put on a stock engine? Garret T25 turbo.
Also how much hp can you push on the stock 420A engine before having to replace the clutch, crank shaft, flywheel and what not?

i'd say5 psi, not as much whp as a stock 4g63, so think about it

You can boost around 7-8psi. In order to run more boost you will have to build the motor with forged internals. You dont need to worry about the stock clutch for a while.

I disagee with you guys... I ran between 300psi and 400psi on stock internals on my 420a...

 Yeah, you could boost to 7-8, but I'd keep it to 5-6 until you build the engine. I like to stay on the safe side of shit.

 Build on hold until I get a good paying job, either in school or once I get out. At that time a full tear down and complete rebuild should be in order. The Purple People Eater will ride again... January 2011 can't come soon enough.
