Re: cherry bombs

Im in the same place you are only I have a 1995 3.4 V6. I cant deceide if it the swap would be worth it or wait and get a new car with a V8.
As for glasspacks on a V6 forget it. Do you like the way rices sound. NO WAYYY....
Dont do it. you should get a muffler that you could use now and later after the swap. I got a 80 series Flowmaster. I like it .
besides you wont beable to have duals uless you find a way to set it up like a slp system is.

Re: cherry bombs

Just go to your auto parts store and buy a turbo muffler for 20 bucs........its sound better than that crap tube. Cherry bombs will blow out and when they do they sound like crap and also will have crap coming out of the tubes.

Re: cherry bombs

Use them as a resanotor not as a muffler.

Most all autoparts stores will sell cherry bombs or somthing along those lines.

While you can run them as a muffler it will be loud and sound pretty crappy.

I'd say redo your whole catback true dual possibly 2" 2.25" piping cherry bombs as resanators and some sort of highflowing muffler and tips of your choosing.
