Cold Air Intake Help!

Hello the intakes for the 1996 buick riv are hard to find!..but I finally found some on ebay...one from Chromeintakes and trackracing...does anyone know if they are any good? and does anyone know of any intake systems for my buick that will give me more horsepower?

Yeah i just put one on off ebay. it seems ok except for the grommet they give you for the air temp sensor won't work, so i just used some sealant to make sure i had a good air tight seal. i got one of the ones with the k&n filter but thats up to you.

When you installed it, what happens with the electrical connection on the factory filter housing, does it stay functional? How much of the factory system has to be removed? I saw them on E-Bay, is your K&N filter exposed on the end of the intake tube or is in in a chrome housing?

yea I bought one from tracking racing very easy to install the eletrical connecter u have to take of the airbox and then put it on the new intake ..it comes with instructions
